(Sao Paulo, Brazil) March 20, 2006 ---  Karen Hoffman, Sr. Vice President, The Bradford Group, a New York-based Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations Company, and Sandy Dhuyvetter President and CEO, TravelTalkRADIO, a California-based Television/Radio and Web media Company, presented a seminar on ¨Positioning Your Company in the New Global Market¨ at the 10th World Summit of Young Entrepreneurs held at the Anhembi Convention Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil, March 15-17, 2006.
TravelTalkRADIO´s Sandy Dhuyvetter opened the session by introducing the subject of the convergence of media in the context of today’s technology including hi-speed delivery and web distribution. Ms. Dhuyvetter also spoke of the excellent opportunities now available to position a business more quickly in the global marketplace through the use of these new technologies. Ms Dhuyvetter is also the founder of Celestialink LLC, the parent company of the TravelTalkMEDIA group.

Karen Hoffman followed with a presentation on how to establish an appropriate Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations campaign to support a company’s international business strategy in the new era of global media. Ms. Hoffman used Corinthia Hotels International (CHI) as a case study for introducing a brand into a new market.  In January 2005, CHI, a Malta-based hospitality group of 20 upscale properties in Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean, launched a marketing campaign in the US.
Dhuyvetter and Hoffman both stressed that, especially in this hi-tech world, partnerships and face-to-face relationships were still the most important elements of successful marketing campaigns.

At the conclusion of the seminar, Dhuyvetter and Hoffman invited Rodrigo Azevedo, CEO and Founder of Brazil-based Comunique-se, and the local partner of Business Wire, to join them for a few words about his company’s innovative approach to communicating with the media through the creation of a new ¨online community¨ for journalists. Mr. Azevedo won the Voce SA Entrepreneur of the New Brazil Award in 2005. Last week he was one of ten young business leaders selected from 1000 candidates worldwide, to be named an Endeavor Entrepreneur.

The three-day Summit was opened by the Governor of the State of Sao Paulo, H.E. Geraldo Alckmin, who is a candidate for the presidency of Brazil. According to Mr. Sujit Chowdhury, Secretary General, 10th WSYE, and President and CEO, World Trade University Global Secretariat, the coordinating organization, “its is our largest summit ever, with more than 1000 young Presidents and CEOs of companies from 75 countries.”
