NEW ONLINE MERCHANT, FLYBABOO, JOINS UATP NETWORK

Flybaboo, the Geneva-based European carrier, is the latest
airline to join the UATP network as a new UATP Merchant,
effective immediately. Flybaboo now accepts all UATP corporate
cards and is a part of the UATP global corporate travel payment
network made up of more than 220 airline and agency merchants
worldwide.
Flybaboo is the
second airline in the UATP network that is powered by Datatrans
for online acceptance of UATP. Datatrans is the leading Swiss
payment service provider (PSP), specializing in online payment
transactions.
Flybaboo will settle
all UATP transactions through UATP Settlement Services (USS), a
low-cost, weekly settlement system that matches fees and air
tickets electronically, allowing for easy reconciliation of
accounts for UATP transactions for customers with
non-clearinghouse transactions.
Flybaboos mission
and overall strategy is to always address the needs and travel
requirements of its clients; while responding to new
opportunities including the expansion of corporate travel
throughout Europe and high-yield short-haul flights out of

clients their request for UATP acceptance, while lowering costs

In joining the UATP
network, Flybaboo has smartly positioned itself to facilitate
customer demands and grow its base in the corporate travel

Flybaboo launched
services in November 2003 and currently serves ten European
destinations with its fleet of two Bombardier Dash 8 Q300s.
Flybaboos existing Geneva-originating links comprise the
Italian cities of Florence and Olbia, Ibiza and Valencia in
Spain, Zurich in Switzerland, the French city of Nice and resort
of St Tropez and Prague in the Czech Republic with further
expansion continuing. Its approach aims at reintroducing the
please of flying for todays business and leisure travelers,
through such amenities as on-board catering, dedicated lounge,
telephone check-in and many more.
