conference. He tells me
this year's Arizona
Travel Show in Phoenix
is going to be bigger
than ever! He'll get a
chance to prove that to
us as we take cameras
and radio equipment to
the new Cardinals
Stadium to interview the
exhibitors and
attendees.
This coming month on
March 10, 2007 we will
be attending and
providing live coverage
for the Wild Women
Travel Fair in San
Diego. If you have a
female in your life who
has a zest for travel,
this group just might be
for them. This week, we
welcome one of the Wild
Women Travel organizers
to talk about a trip to
the Great Wall of China
for a 10k run in May.
The following weekend on
Sunday, March 18, 2007
we will broadcast
another live program
from the 7th Annual San
Diego Travel Show in
Southern California.
This show is excellent
for the consumer who
wants to know their
travel options and meet
today's experts in
tourism.
These events are a great
opportunities to find an
incredible amounts of

This week we celebrate Amish
Country
Amish Wedding Pudding

This week we chose an
Amish favorite from
Amish Tours of Ohio, an
avid fan,

home. Not only do we
have a meal in a
home, we also offer
once a month our 12
hour progressive
meal tour starting
with breakfast, then
soup and salads,
followed by roast
beef, baked chicken,
mashed potatoes,
noodles, vegetables
and homemade breads.
All is popular with
the Amish as well as
the visitors!"

1/2 c.
chopped
nuts
1 c.
chopped
dates
1 c.
boiling
water
1 tsp.
baking
soda
1 c.
sugar
1 egg
beaten
1 Tbsp.
butter
1 c.
flour
|
|
Mix
boiling
water,
dates
and
baking
soda
together.
Let
cool.
Mix
flour,
sugar,
egg, and
butter.
Add to
the
water,
dates
and
baking
soda.
Mix and
add
nuts.
Put in a
9 x 13
cake
pan.
Bake
at 350
for 25
minutes.
Let cool
and cut
into
small
squares.
Pudding mixture:
2 cups
water
1/2 c.
Brown
Sugar
1/4 c.
margarine
Bring to
a boil.
Add 2
Tbsp.
Clear
Jel,
(If
you
can't
find
clear-jel
where
you
live. You
can
replace
with: 1
Tbsp
of
cornstarch
= 1-1/2
Tbsp
of
Instant
Clear
Jel
2
Tbsp
flour or
tapioca
= 1
Tbsp
Instant
Clear
Jel)
1/2 tsp.
sugar and 1/2 c. water.
Boil and
stir
together
and make
a "pie
filling"
consistency. Add
1 Tbsp.
maple
flavoring.
Add
bananas
and
whipped
cream.
