It's been non stop moving the past 21 days and 20,000 miles in the skies. We have been covering a good portion of Croatia, then we moved to Wickenburg Arizona to bring our audiences a taste of the old west. Finally we brought our reporting to the Airline Distribution Conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where we attended a high level look at Airline Distribution and met with the 200 executives who represent airlines all over the world.

I am on my way to Uganda to speak at the International Institute for Peace through Tourism in a few days. We will be broadcasting from Uganda with leaders in African tourism and
Patrick is heading to Virginia city to participate and cover the Tourism Cares for Tomorrow weekend when 400 industry experts will converge on Virgina City to clean and restore.

Zagorski
Strukli Take one pound (1/2kg) of puff pastry (lisnato tijesto). Roll into large rectangle (2X2 feet or 0.5mX0.5m) on a floured board. Top with the filling (half pound (1/4kg) farmer's cheese (svjezi sir), half pound (1/4kg) of feta cheese, two eggs, salt to taste). Roll and cut into two inch pieces. Cook in boiling water four-five minutes. Take out the cooked pieces and place into greased pyrex dish (do not drain all liquid). Spread with topping (mix six tablespoons sour cream, one egg, salt to taste) |

Bake in preheated oven (365F or 185C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown. |

will eventually be covered in water by the
completion of the Three Gorges Dam, an integral part of the
Three Gorges Project. We will only be
able to experience the original wonders
of the Three Gorges by boat until 2007,
when water will cover forever the sights we cherish
today.
