Making bicycle history -
The Silk Route Bicycle Expedition
Henry Gold will be joining Sandy
on TravelTalkRADIO every Sunday as he and his group of cyclist
travel between Istanbul, Turkey
and Beijing China. Henry will be calling in by satellite phone to report their progress and give us new information regarding this
incredible trip.

The Silk Route features approximately
88 cycling days, averaging 111 km
(69 miles) each day, broken up by 19 rest days and
a day of travel across the Caspian Sea -
a total of 108 days.
|
