outsourced its visa
processing to Dvorak who
in turn launched a new
company Travisa
Outsourcing dedicated
entirely to visa
outsourcing. Dvorak was
given just 38 days to
develop a new and
entirely outsourced visa
application process
throughout the United
States on behalf of the
Indian embassy. Dvorak
has revolutionized the
visa application process
with proprietary
technology that enables
customers to track the
status of a visa
application online in
real time. Similar to
the process for tracking
a FedEx package.
He is an entrepreneur
and the ultimate example
of the American dream.
After immigrating from
Eastern Europe to the
United States in 1978,
he worked various odd
jobs before joining a
travel agency. Dvorak
found that travelers
need more support and
guidance in navigating
the often complicated
and time consuming
process of applying for
visas and passports.
