in search of the mystical reptile formerly known as the
"green" sea turtle. Departure from J Street Marina in
Chula Vista.
What: Paddling silent
kayaks traverse warm shallow waters of South Bay passing over
eelgrass beds to look for the heads and backs of turtles rising
to breathe.
Instructor: Margie Stinson
and Aqua Adventures staff. Margie Stinson was the first marine
biologist to work with sea turtles in the northeastern Pacific
Date: Saturday November 23rd

Lagoon which is the world’s largest producer of salt. A boat
ride among the whales. Travel to Ensenada and trip to Guerrero
Negro the next day. Nature walk in Vizcaino Desert through
Catavina’s dessert garden and stop over to view cave
paintings.
Includes bus transportation,
