Despite the challenges the travel and tourism industry faces today, the Travelers Conservation Foundation continues to grow.
One might wonder how, amidst a struggling economy, a philanthropic organization related to the travel industry could not only survive but also prosper. One of the answers is that in times like these, people hold especially dear to them those things that are most important, especially their heritage. And that’s what the Travelers Conservation Foundation is all about protecting nature, history, and culture--heritage

Some of the most interesting and often visited sites in New Orleans are the cemeteries. Unfortunately, many of the tombs have fallen into disrepair and aren’t being maintained as descendants cannot be identified or have moved out of the region. The tourism industry’s help is needed to help restore these American treasures.

Join your tourism colleagues from around North America as they “give back” to the places that have provided the very reasons why people travel – the natural,

Travel Talk Radio believes
T
ravel is a catalyst for creating communication, peace,
and commerce among the countries and communities of the world.
It's difficult to fight with a culture where you have shared a glass of refreshment,
visited their neighborhoods and experienced their customs.
And besides its really fun to get out there and jump on a train, bus or plane, walk
into a new environment, taste new interesting food and talk with the locals.
Building memories that are packed with experiences of
extraordinary places, great people and exciting events
are at the cornerstone in living a fruitful and harmonious life.

Travelers Credo for Peace

responsibility as a traveler.
